An easy walk to heart of jesus church. Caffe Macchiato, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. We liked everything at naturmed hotel carbona including facilities and service. Located in 20 minutes' drive to the airport.

No tea making in the rooms , single beds and a extra 60 pounds per night for a room that has a double bed , breakfast , evening dinner / lack of fish dishes , half way through a manicure having to go back to the room to find local cash with wet nails which i thought was being charged to our room . sky high prices for well being treatments , little English spoken ,

The room is really not more than 2 star, but nice and clean. On the main enterance's side a bit too noisy, so we'd change the room. It has no facilities for children (babysitter, playground, child-room) at all.

I had a wonderful experience at Naturmed Hotel Carbona in Heviz! The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke multiple languages. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a large indoor swimming pool, saunas, and a thermal bath with its own thermal water source. The food was delicious with plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. it was a great place to stay whether you were traveling alone or with your family.

upgraded to superior room for a charge but was not informed of this at reception - so important to reconfirm costs when checking in.

The hotel offers a step away location from the Heviz lake and city center. The facilities have been improved after renovations. Welcome drink and free parking are provided. The spa, especially the Roman hot bath, is amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, offering towels and assistance at every step. The swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are nicely designed and offer a variety of attractions. The food is excellent with fresh local fruits, a variety of meat dishes, and thematic dinners. The breakfast and dinner times are long, ensuring food availability at all times.

The spa area was fantastic, with two different pools to choose from. The outdoor pool was very refreshing, and the indoor pool was great for swimming. , the breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is located in a great area, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it very convenient.

Although the rooms were clean, they were quite small and lacked certain amenities that I had hoped for. , the staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating.

The location was perfect, nestled in a nice and quiet area. The room service was efficient and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the wide range of services available, such as car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and provided enhanced comfort. The spa and wellness center offered a variety of treatments, from body scrubs to full body massages, which were truly rejuvenating. We also enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace and garden area, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

The hotel is modern and well maintained, with great facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, and the selection of local Hungarian wine was impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the common areas, was top-notch. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
